Phil Sandoval’s 3rd location opening in Hoover

Although 2024 just started, you may have already noticed several openings and closings around the Birmingham area this year. One of the most recent new openings generating buzz is Phil Sandoval’s Mexican Restaurant, a local Mexican spot coming soon to Hoover.

Third location opening in Hoover

With two existing locations in Huntsville and Madison, Phil Sandoval’s is making the move down South to open up its third location in Hoover.

Owned by Power Brands Hospitality Group, the spot is known for its tasty Mexican cuisine, drinks and daily specials. The Huntsville and Madison locations are weeknight hotspots for trivia nights, paint parties and school spirit nights.

Serving Mexican-inspired classics like fajitas, tacos and chimichangas, Phil Sandoval’s menu has something for everyone. They’re also known for award-winning margaritas like the Mambo Taxi, a frozen margarita swirled with Sangria.

While no grand opening date has been announced, Phil Sandoval’s will open sometime in February, reports The Hoover Sun.
