Founded in 2017 by owner Barry O’Hare, The Craft Burger is a local burger joint with a simple motto: “An Honest Burger for an Honest Buck”. In addition to its original location in Valleydale Village, The Craft Burger opened a location in downtown Birmingham in 2018—however, the downtown location eventually closed.
Now, The Craft Burger is opening a new location on Highway 280.
The new Craft Burger will be located at 5479 US-280, Suite 102, a space that was previously home to Besitos Mexican Kitchen.
So, what’s on the menu? As a burger joint, The Craft Burger specializes in tasty burgers like the classic Craft Burger and the Southern Bacon Pimento Cheese Burger as well as alternatives like a Turkey Burger and Veggie Burger. Beyond that, The Craft Burger also serves up several hot dogs and a variety of sandwiches, wraps and salads. Something for everyone!
The Craft Burger opens in March
According to the Shelby County Reporter, the new Craft Burger location is set to open in March.
