This Sunday, December 10, more than 60 Birmingham artisans and creators will line the streets of Woodlawn during the final Woodlawn Street Market of 2023. And that’s not all—visitors can get a sneak peek at two upcoming Woodlawn businesses before their grand opening in 2024.

About the Woodlawn Street Market

Founded in 2014, the Woodlawn Street Market is a joint venture between REV Birmingham and the Woodlawn Business Association that aims to give local entrepreneurs a place to launch, connect with customers and contribute to the small business ecosystem in Birmingham.

Now in its 10th season, the Woodlawn Street Market is an interactive marketplace highlighting the work of more than 60 Birmingham artisans and creators. Located along 55th Place between 1st Avenue North and 1st Avenue South, the Market has been a huge success, with a variety of products including:

• Art
• Jewelry
• Clothing
• Fresh baked goods
• And more

In fact, the success of the Woodlawn Street Market led to the creation of the Woodlawn Marketplace—a dedicated retail incubation space just around the corner from the Woodlawn Street Market footprint.

Easy Breezy, which made its debut at the market this year, has collaborated with REV to establish the city’s only low waste shop and refillery. Witnessing a small business initiate its journey here in Woodlawn and progress to open its first brick-and-mortar location truly encompasses the spirit of our community.”

Easy Breezy and You Good opening in Woodlawn in 2024

In attendance at this Sunday’s Woodlawn Street Market will be two new businesses—Easy Breezy, a Low Waste Shop and Refillery as well as You Good, a Self-Care Sanctuary. The two businesses will give customers an idea of what they can expect when their brick-and-mortar locations open in Woodlawn next year.
