Birmingham, welcome El Jalisco! With 11 Florida locations and one Georgia location, they’re now coming to Alabama. Get ready to enjoy all your Mexican favorites like quesadillas, enchiladas, tacos, fajitas and more. Plus—they have thirst-quenching cocktails like the Mezcal Old Fashioned and Swirl Margarita.

2. Just Gyros | Pelham
According to the Birmingham Business Journal (BBJ), a Mediterranean restaurant is opening in the former Burger King location in Pelham called Just Gyros.
