Birmingham Bowl lands iconic brand as title sponsor

The 17th annual Birmingham Bowl has a new name: the 76® Birmingham Bowl. 

Today, ESPN Events announced that Motiva—the company that makes the 76® brand—will be the title sponsor of the 2023 Birmingham Bowl college football game.The 76® Birmingham Bowl will be played at Protective Stadium for the third time on Saturday, December 23rd.  Kickoff is set for 11:00AM and will be broadcast on ABC.

 76® is one of pop culture’s most familiar logos. For 50 years, 76® was the official fuel for NASCAR. 

76® is currently the presenting sponsor of the 2023 PAC 12 Football Championship Game between the Oregon Ducks and Washington Huskies.

76® Birmingham tickets go on sale December 3rd

The teams are set to be chosen on Sunday, December 3rd. All seating at Protective Stadium is reserved and will go on sale to the public that same day at birminghambowl.com
