Red Mountain Grill has a new look (and taste) for flyers to check out. The new and improved casual dining restaurant has new furniture, a new bar and a new menu. Here are a few of the menu items we’re eyeing:

  • Pretzel sticks with beer cheese
  • Old fashioned cheeseburger
  • Chicken-fried steak
  • Biscuit sliders

Plus—the bar menu features The Magic City’s very own Redmont Distilling Co., named after Bham’s Red Mountain and majority owned by NBA star Charles Barkley.

Whether you’re flying through or to Birmingham, it’s important that you have a good dining experience. In an effort to make sure that stays true, Starbucks and American Bagel will also be getting a refresh in the coming months.

“When people come to the airport, we want them to have different and unique choices of where they want to sit and eat or just have a drink and enjoy the time while they’re waiting on their flight.”

Kim Hunt, VP of Communications for Birmingham Airport Authority
