I don’t know about you, but the concert roundups are one of my favorite monthly traditions. Join me this October at nine of the coolest concerts in Birmingham.

1. Band of Horses

The fun never ends at Avondale Brewing Company. Start your month off strong when you rock out to Band of Horses’ newest album, Things Are Great.

2. Janelle Monae

Yep, you read that right. Janelle Monáe is gracing The Magic City stage next week, October 4. Run, don’t walk, to get your tickets to a night with Monáe.

3. The Beach Boys

Wouldn’t It Be Nice if we could jam out to The Beach Boys’ greatest hits in Birmingham? Well, we have great news for you.

The Alabama Theatre is hosting the Good Vibrations and Kokomo stars, and you won’t want to miss it.

4. Keb’ Mo’
