You might remember us telling you about Blue Pacific at Hoover Food Mart temporarily closing back in August. Well, the wait is over. Blue Pacific is officially back open and waiting for customers with open arms.

Blue Pacific, located in Hoover Food Mart, has resumed their normal business hours after a few months away.

After closing due to a family emergency, long-time followers saw the news that their favorite local Thai spot would be back open for business.

A gas station may seem like an unlikely home for amazing Thai food. However, Blue Pacific is a local favorite for authentic Thai cuisine.

Owned and operated by the Aroonsakulwongse family, the restaurant serves traditional recipes such as coconut soup, basil fried rice and top-notch dumplings.
