From a Labor Day weekend festival to a disco golf tournament and live music concerts, the Greater Birmingham Area is planning a September to remember. Here are the top 21 events to attend throughout the month.

1. 51st Annual Gem Show, hosted by the Alabama Mineral and Lapidary Society
