We linked up with Mary Browning and Charles Perlis, two real estate agents with LAH Sotheby’s International Realty, to learn why Edgewood is becoming such an exciting place to live.

Mary Browning‘s real estate career began with LAH Sotheby’s in 2004, and she has continued to grow her business at the LAH Homewood location for the past 19 years. A resident of Homewood, Mary works with clients throughout Jefferson and Shelby counties and is passionate about helping people make their best move.

“Being a part of the Homewood community for most of my life has given me a true sense of belonging! Now more than ever, people want to feel connected to something bigger than themselves and Homewood offers that. Bike lanes and sidewalks make it easy to get to schools, restaurants, churches and shops, which is an asset for our quality of life. I couldn’t be happier to be living, biking, walking and working in the middle of it!”
