What to expect
Jubilee Joe’s emphasizes authentic Cajun cooking with fresh, quality seafood, which means anytime you walk through the doors, you’re in for a scrumptious meal. Jubilee Joe’s Crawfish Fest takes eating to a whole new level. Here’s what to expect:

The takedown challenge
Now, for the best part. For those who believe that can eat the most crawfish, enter the Takedown Challenge to prove it. To win the contest, you’ll need to eat three or more trays of crawfish. Do it and you’ll win a trophy T-shirt proclaiming your excellence.
Crawfish for a cause
Every year, the Crawfish Fest event benefits Destination Hoover International (DHI)—a non-profit that fosters international relationships uniting Hoover with people throughout the world—which then funds two student scholarships—one at Hoover High School and one at Spain Park High School. Jubilee Joe’s has raised over $15,000 for student scholarships.
