4 businesses coming to Birmingham including a new coffee shop
We’re always excited to announce new businesses coming to the Greater Birmingham Area. From a new coffee spot to a beloved ice cream shop reopening, take a look at the details below.
1. Hotspot | Eastlake
According to the Birmingham Business Journal, a new restaurant will open inside an Eastlake gas station development named Hotspot. The eatery will serve food like fried chicken, chicken tenders, gyros and more.

2. The Florist in Chelsea | Chelsea
In February, a new florist opened in Chelsea where you can purchase beautiful custom and pre-made floral arrangements at affordable prices. You can also buy art from local artists like pottery, candles and jewelry.

3. Neighbors Ice Cream | West Homewood
Neighbors in West Homewood is officially reopening under new management on April 15 after closing two months ago. You can finally grab all the delicious ice cream that you know and love.

4. Red Bike Coffee | Crestwood
Red Bike Coffee is finally nearing its grand opening on Crestwood Boulevard. Expect delicious daily soup as well as food specials on Saturdays.

Olive Garden | Gadsden
This spot may be outside the Greater Birmingham area, but it is definitely important to note. If you love their unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks then be on the lookout for a new Olive Garden coming to Gadsden. According to Etowah Chamber, this new location will feature an experimental design with vaulted ceilings, large windows and more.
