9 fall themed coffees and treats to get you ready for the season

It’s almost (officially) fall in Birmingham and we’ve rounded up our favorite festive treats in town. Keep reading for nine of the best fall themed treats from cookies and coffees to of course, pumpkin spice lattes.
1. Fall classic cold brew from O’Henry’s
Fall may be approaching, but the it’s still a little toasty outside. O’Henry’s has the perfect drink for that. The fall classic cold brew—their delicious cold brew with pecan, maple and cream—has all the flavors of fall while still keeping it cool for those Alabama temps.

2. S’mores latte from Wild Roast
Nothing says fall like s’mores and this latte at Wild Roast is the BEST way to enjoy it. S’mores not your jam? They have so many more fall coffees—maple cinnamon, white mocha, sticky toffee… the list goes on.

3. Caramel apple rolls
Rolls in Homewood is known for whipping up their delicious small batch, homemade cinnamon rolls, but they’re not just doing cinnamon. The bakery is serving up festive flavors like caramel apple, pumpkin spice and butter pecan.

4. Pumpkin loaf from Church Street
Church Street is always a go-to dessert spot of mine for their famous break up cookie. But when fall comes around, their pumpkin loaf can’t be beat. The pumpkin spice chai is one of my favorite drinks of the season too.

5. Caramel apple latte from Red Cat
For those who aren’t team pumpkin spice, the caramel apple latte at Red Cat is a perfect choice. Don’t forget to grab a breakfast pastry at while you’re there. The pop-tarts are my fave in town.

6. Maple praline pecan ice cream from Bendy’s
Here’s one everyone will like! Bendy’s has a few fall themed ice creams on the menu with more on the way. The maple praline pecan flavor screams fall and, again, is perfect for the Alabama heat.

7. Pecan pie from JaWanda’s
If you haven’t had a pie from JaWanda’s, you’re missing out. Now’s the perfect time to try one. Get ready for the season with JaWanda’s delicious pecan pie.

8. Pumpkin spice latte from Santos
Last but not least, we have to include a pumpkin spice latte. They may be basic, but they are so good. Santos Coffee has one of the best… iced or hot, you can’t go wrong.
