Earlier this summer, we had the chance to tour one of Birmingham’s newest apartment complexes: Lumen Above Railroad Park. This week, we lived out our HGTV home makeover dreams and saw the amazing transformation. Keep reading to learn more.

Whether you’re looking for a new apartment or you just want design inspiration, you don’t want to miss Lumen Above Railroad Park. After walking through their apartment, I’m pretty much ready to pack my bags and move in.

I had the chance to see the apartment’s model units awhile back, and seeing again only heightened my love for them. While you’d think you’d want to spend all of your time inside your stunning home, the amenities will draw you out. Here’s a look at what’s available:

• A gym with free weights and plenty of equipment
• Multiple study spaces
• A skylight lounge with an amazing view of Railroad Park
• A sparkling pool
• Multiple courtyards

Lumen Above Railroad Park is officially open for move-in, but there’s even more to come. The best part: Even if you don’t call Lumen Above Railroad Park, you can enjoy some of these fun new options. Soon, they’ll have a first-floor restaurant that you can check out whenever you’re hungry, and you won’t even have to leave home to enjoy it.
