On Tuesday, June 15th, scores of real estate agents gathered in the Green Valley area of Hoover to celebrate the opening of LAH Real Estate‘s brand-new office. We met with Ashley Grubb and Craig Taylor, two agents at the office, to learn what they’re most excited about!

In 2013, LAH Real Estate opened a new branch in Hoover, with the goal of better serving their clients in the area. Led by broker John Holley, the new branch grew quickly and successfully—however, the office building itself didn’t fit LAH Real Estate’s vision for the branch.
On Tuesday, June 15th, that all changed. Joined by LAH Real Estate agents from across the county, the Hoover Chamber of Commerce and the Mayor of Hoover, John Holley officially cut the ribbon (with very big scissors!) on a brand-new office building in the heart of Hoover.
These Two Real Estate Agents Love Their New Office
While at the grand opening of LAH Real Estate‘s new Hoover office, we spoke with Ashley Grubb and Craig Taylor, two agents at the branch, to see what they’re looking forward to!
What do you like about your new office in Hoover?
Craig: “We were tucked away in a corporate, commercial building for about eight years, so our new office is a nice change of pace. We officially moved in on June 4th, so I’m looking forward to getting settled and meeting our neighbors.”
Ashley: “Oh I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. A real estate office on prime real estate in the heart of Hoover? Yes please!”
What’s been the best part of working in your new office?
Ashley: “We’re still getting our bearings in the new office and playing musical chairs with all the new furniture! You can really tell that everyone has an extra pep in their step at the new office. We’re so excited to be able to better serve the Hoover community, and it’s nice to have easy access to Publix and the restaurants in Green Valley!”
Craig: “There are tons of great restaurants and coffee options almost at our doorstep. My favorite has to be Green Valley Drug for their hamburgers and milkshakes—it’s hard to beat an old-fashioned soda fountain!”
What would you want people to know about the LAH Real Estate office in Hoover?
Craig: “The environment is so positive and welcoming. It’s honestly just a great bunch of people, and the Hoover team is really what sold me on working for LAH Real Estate.”
Ashley: “LAH Real Estate is like a family, and I’m so excited to be a part of this office. We encourage anyone to stop by and meet us, and it’s so great to have an inviting atmosphere in our new location!”
