Let’s set the scene—an afternoon spent on a patio with your favorite bites all arranged in an aesthetically pleasing design that can’t be touched until you get that perfect Instagram photo. Sounds like a dream? These local companies can make your grazing board dreams come true.

But first—what’s a grazing board?

If you’re a cheese or charcuterie board fan, let me introduce you to their delicious counterpart known as a grazing board. It’s the same theory—cheese, meats, nuts, fruits. However, grazing boards offer a little more variety with a larger layout that’s meant to be more interactive while entertaining. Nowadays, grazing boards can offer everything from your typical cheese and meat pairings to desserts, spreads, hors d ‘oeuvres and dips.

1. Brie ‘Ham Grazing Co.

Brie ‘Ham Grazing Co. was founded by two friends, Lauren and Christina, last July. Although they had full-time jobs, the two had a passion for creating something just as beautiful as it is yummy. With a week’s notice, you can DM them with your order via Instagram or email them at briehamgrazingco@gmail.com.

Besides having a clever name, Brie ‘Ham Grazing Co. creates carefully curated charcuterie and cheese grazing boxes. Whether you’re prepping for date night, celebrations, showers or just a night on the couch, they’ve got you covered with a delicious selection.

2. Feast and Fête

Crafted by Asha Gangolli and Mallory Yates, Feast and Fête creates drool-worthy spreads. With something for those craving sweet and for those craving savory, your graze board can be loaded with everything your taste buds want.

You can DM Feast and Fête’s Instagram for inquiries and to place your order.

3. Brie Mine Bham

Say hello to Brie Mine Bham who offers custom grazing boards, charcuterie boxes and platters for a variety of options. Whether you need a show-stopping gift or centerpiece at your special occasion, Brie Mine Bham can hook you up with a board that’ll be the main attraction.

Founded by local nurse, Katie, Brie Mine Bham was a passion project since June 2020, but quickly grew into a local favorite.

4. Petal and Platter

Eating the colors of the rainbow has never been so easy. One look at these platters and it’s easy to see why Petal and Platter has such a large following (we’re talking 13k + followers on Instagram). With the option to add edible flowers to your grazing board, there’s a good reason why it’s called Petal and Platter. And if you’re not into that, no worries. Founder, Jessica, can craft your charcuterie meats into roses.

Ready to feast? Just shoot a DM over to Petal and Platter on Instagram with a 5-day notice and prep your taste buds for heaven.

5. Savor Style

Founder Courtney Wright wanted to combine her love of food and entertaining by creating custom grazing boards. Her goal is to encourage people to connect and we can see why it wouldn’t be too hard to do that with one of her boards present. Savor Style offers your traditional cheeseboard pairings as well as more unique options like taco boards, chip and dip platters, pastry platters and more.

To order your grazing board or curated gift box, check out Savor Style’s website or email savorstyleco@gmail.com for pricing.

6. Table and Thyme

Founded by Thomas Cox, Table and Thyme brings a love for food, hospitality and quality to the table. As a catering company in Birmingham, they deliver exceptional experiences with an array of grazing tables that suit any event whether it’s a small gathering or hundreds of guests.

If you’re ready to make delicious bites adorned with flowers and candles the true centerpiece of your event, you can order your grazing table on Table and Thyme’s website. If you want a bit of inspo first, check out their Instagram for all the foodie photos that you could imagine.
