You’re missing out if you’ve never had the Tallulah wings from Soho Social. Photo via Soho Social on Instagram

Soho Social is one of the most well-rounded restaurants in Birmingham. With that said, it’s no surprise their Tallulah wings pack a powerful punch in flavor. They literally ignited my taste buds. These wings are marinated in coca-cola, smoked, and then flash-fried to perfection.

You also have the option to add some of their specialty sauces such as smoked bourbon chipotle and white bbq sauce, or you can do the dry rub. Either way, your tummy will thank you later.

When it comes to wing flavors, my personal favorite is hot lemon-pepper.  I’m sure I’m not alone when I say the combination is unmatched. Wings R King is one of my favorite places for this wing choice, and they have plenty of locations throughout Birmingham.

Never had this flavor combo before? Warning—they are addictive.
