How long has the Bradley Perlis Group been around?

Charles: “I’ve known Guy and Anna Frances Bradley for over ten years. We’ve always had a great working relationship, and since our kids are the same age we’d see each other at sporting events. We starting casually talking about combining our practices, and ended up deciding to go for it. We’ve been partnered for three years now, and it’s been the three best years of my career.”

What sets the Bradley Perlis Group apart?

Charles: “Since real estate is an ever-changing business, you want to find an agent who’s been around the block. Since our group has a combined 45 years in the business, we’ve been a part of just about every real estate transaction under the sun. What are some of your favorite things about Birmingham?

Charles: “I love how welcoming Birmingham is to new people and businesses. Last year, I led a tour of Birmingham for executives in 30+ tech companies in Silicon Valley, and shared my two cents on why Birmingham could be a cheaper, affordable alternative for their companies. There’s been a big boom in business in Birmingham, we’re shifting to new industries and I love to see the growth.”

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

Charles: “I love giving solid advice to my clients and seeing it pay off. It’s so rewarding to run into a client and to be able to show how much more their home is worth, that their investment has paid off.

I tell my clients that I will always give them the truest form of the news that I can, whether its good or bad. In this business, I believe that integrity is your worth. So when you hire me and my team, you’ll get the real facts.”
