With the time change, many of us are getting home from work or school after dark. The winter blues are something many can relate to, but did you know it’s actually a real condition?

1. Magic City Flower Market

This precious shop just opened in The Battery, making it the newest addition to Birmingham’s flower shops! You can buy local and sustainable flowers, foliage, and dried goods by the bunch.

2. Botanica

Botanica was started by Caitlyn Hastings, a full-time physician assistant and plant enthusiast. The store specializes in houseplants, and Caitlyn is there to help your green thumb thrive! Botanica offers in-home consultations as well as selling houseplants/planters for every space & lifestyle.

3. Wild Honey Flower Truck

Wild Honey Flower Truck is Birmingham’s very first mobile flower shop! They sell their flowers per stem on the truck, which allows everyone the experience of building their own bouquets. You’ll find them brightening up farmers’ markets and pop-ups all over the city. Tell Kelsey we sent you!

4. Shoppe

Shoppe is a plant nursery located in historic Forest Park. They sell everything from potted plants, custom floral arrangements, thoughtful gifts, and more. Their inventory changes frequently, so you can definitely justify hanging out here every weekend.
