Hey, you. With the drab toast and lukewarm coffee. A new weekend brunch menu just dropped at Topgolf Birmingham, and it’s filled with color, flavors and lots of choices. Bham Now stopped by to sample the menu—and hit a few balls, too. Here’s what we found.
1. Tasty Classics with a Topgolf Twist
From eggs and toast to fresh fruit and waffles, Topgolf Birmingham’s weekend brunch menu brings you all of the classics—with a flavor-explosive twist.
Here are some of their standout selections:
Ahi Tuna Avocado Toast
In the mood for something that will make you feel full, satisfied and healthy? Try the Ahi Tuna Avocado Toast.
Here’s what it includes:
- Seeded bread
- Ahi tuna
- Chopped avocado
- Diced oranges
- Crispy quinoa
- Cilantro
- Sesame seeds
- Miso dressing
Can you deny those brilliant colors?
Carnitas Benedict
Eggs and brunch go hand-in-hand. Jazz them up with the carnitas benedict that features a fried egg, tomatillo salsa, pico de gallo, queso fresco and cilantro atop two buttermilk biscuits.
Carrot Cake Waffles
If you’re craving something sweet and mouth-watering, the carrot cake waffles are it.
Made up of four mini waffles drizzled with cream cheese icing, maple syrup and caramel sauce and topped with candied pecans, fresh strawberries and powdered sugar, this is the ultimate choice when you want dessert for breakfast.
2. A Glass of Bubbly
You can’t have brunch without a fun cocktail. Topgolf Birmingham offers a vast selection of brunch cocktails to choose from, including:
- Mimosas
- Screwdrivers
- Sangria
- Bloody Marys
What I love about the mimosas at Topgolf Birmingham is that you can build your own. Choose between Bollicini Prosecco or Korbel mixed with:
- Cranberry juice
- Orange juice
- Grapefruit juice
- Pineapple
Beermosas are also on the menu if you’re craving extra bubbles in your brewsky.
I’m a sucker for fun drinks in enticing colors. Is there any wonder I chose the grapefruit mimosa? Served in a glass decanter, the grapefruit mimosa offers just the right mix of grapefruit to champagne and the perfect shade of pink. Plus, it was oh-so satisfying.
I also sipped on a frozen Pina Colada. A splash of coconut with a zing of pineapple in an icy, cold cup makes the perfect summer drink when golfing in Birmingham’s sizzling heat.
3. Great Service From an Attentive, Friendly Staff
There’s nothing worse than going out to eat and having a less-than-helpful staff wait on you. Especially when you’re hungry. We’ve all experienced those hangry moments before. Yikes!
Luckily, this is something you won’t have to worry about at Topgolf Birmingham. Their staff is attentive, full of smiles and provides great service.
On a hot, summer day, our waitress was especially attentive to our needs, ensuring we had plenty of ice water to keep us happy and thirst free.
4. Easy-Going with a Splash of Swankiness
Along with a yummy weekend brunch menu, your meal will be accompanied by a great atmosphere. With an easy-going vibe and a splash of swankiness, your experience at Topgolf Birmingham will definitely be a winner.
Aren’t a fan of golf? There’s a good chance you will be after visiting Topgolf Birmingham. There’s something about the concept, the atmosphere and that pretty stretch of green before you that makes whacking those little golf balls super fun.
