Matilda The Musical
Do you remember the story of Matilda? The story of a young girl with wit, smarts and psychokinetic powers who dreamed of a better life.
I always wanted Matilda’s special powers. Heck, I still do! The Trunchbull sure was scary, though.
Now, director Michael Flowers is bringing this exciting story to the stage in the Red Mountain Theatre Company’s musical production.

Getting To Know… Footloose

Yellow
For marvelous theatre in a charming antique shop, there’s just one place to find it—Birmingham’s Theatre Downtown.
This July, Theatre Downtown will perform Yellow, which chronicles a year in the life of the “perfect” family in Vicksburg, Mississippi.
There’s never a dull moment in this production that explores cowardice, intolerance and the damage caused to families by secrets, rejection and the difficulty of forgiveness.

Director Michael R. Bridges takes the audience on the enchanting tale of Tommy Albright in the play Brigadoon at the ACTA Theatre in Trussville.
Plot: New Yorker, Tommy Albright unexpectedly arrives at the mysterious Scottish Highland Village of Brigadoon, which only appears for one day every 100 years.
When Tommy meets and falls in love with a beautiful villager named Fiona, he must decide whether to return to his old life, or stay in Brigadoon forever. Which will he choose?
