Falling in Love (With Food)

Owner of Birmingham Taste Tours, Annie Reynolds, became a Bham foodie as soon as she arrived to the Magic City.

“When I left Louisiana over a decade ago, I was very sad to leave behind my culture for loving food—not only eating it but talking about it and appreciating its story. Birmingham’s food scene impressed me from day one, and as it grew, so did my love affair with it.”

Annie Reynolds, Owner of Birmingham Taste Tours

She knew Birmingham was special, and she wanted everyone else to know it too.

“I’ve taken food tours in other cities and loved the way the food made me fall in love with the city. I knew our food scene could do that for others because it did it for me all of those years ago.”

Annie will lead some tours, as well as other trusty guides like Birmingham Magazine editor Julia Sayer.

“I feel so privileged to be able to show off our food, our city, and our culture. I also love bringing people together.”

Not sure who to take on a tour with you? Here are some ideas for fun group tours:

  • Date night
  • A girls night
  • For business meetings
  • A wedding party
  • A golf trip
  • An exploratory trip for new hires
  • You can even purchase gift cards for that special someone
