RealtySouth opens its 8th Birmingham office location in Homewood

RealtySouth’s newest office in Homewood is officially open! After hard work and renovation of the office space, the team hosted the ribbon cutting on November 27.
In the Heart of Homewood
The new office won’t be hard to find. Located right in the heart of Homewood, RealtySouth has set up their Homewood headquarters on the same block of retail space occupied by other Birmingham favorites like Little Donkey and Revelator (Sweet Jon’s). You can find the office at 1690 Reese Street.
Although RealtySouth is known for being a real estate giant across the state, this is their first location in Homewood. The energy at the ribbon cutting ceremony was excited and anxious to start working with the booming Homewood market.

Erle Morring, a Broker for the company, gave a speech at the ribbon-cutting welcoming and praising the Homewood team for their hard work and faith.
They bought in to the vision before we even had a space. They saw what we were trying to accomplish before we even put up the first round of sheetrock in the building. We’ve now had 16 or 17 additional agents join us.
The future here is very, very bright!
