It is always impressive to see the growth of small business owners in the Bham community. Bare Naked Noodles is one of those sweet success stories. This Southern Italian cafe offers the freshest fare around and is getting more and more popular in Birmingham.
The owner, Linda Croley, started in the Chef’s Workshop in downtown Birmingham. She made fresh pastas from local ingredients and became a regular at Pepper Place Farmer’s Market. One market became 6 markets and Bare Naked Noodles was born.
In March of 2015, she opened her first cafe in a Hoover business building. Finding a niche market and starting a catering career that became a big part of their business forte.
Next came her addition to Southbridge in October of 2016.
Now a little less than 2 years later, she has opened her 3rd cafe in the Lakeshore Plaza.
The Grand Opening was this past Tuesday, the 24th. They hosted a lot of freebies and one gift basket giveaway via their Facebook Page.
Other than her, three locations you can find her dry pastas, signature Tomato Basil Sauce and Raviolis, Lasagnas and Meatballs in Oli O, Vintage Wines, Andy’s Farmers Market as well as a few Piggly Wiggly’s and Westerns in the Birmingham area.
