It is always impressive to see the growth of small business owners in the Bham community. Bare Naked Noodles is one of those sweet success stories. This Southern Italian cafe offers the freshest fare around and is getting more and more popular in Birmingham.

The owner, Linda Croley, started in the Chef’s Workshop in downtown Birmingham. She made fresh pastas from local ingredients and became a regular at Pepper Place Farmer’s Market. One market became 6 markets and Bare Naked Noodles was born.

In March of 2015, she opened her first cafe in a Hoover business building. Finding a niche market and starting a catering career that became a big part of their business forte.

Next came her addition to Southbridge in October of 2016.
