Birmingham Metro “City Hall” Christmas trees and lights (slideshow)

Birmingham’s Christmas Tree at Linn Park

Earlier this week, we at Bham Now had the idea to take photos of the Christmas tree in downtown Birmingham.  After we took pictures of the 2-3 story tree, we were pleasantly surprised to see City Hall lit up in “Christmas green.”

This gave us an idea.  Wouldn’t it be nice to take pictures of Christmas trees in front of city halls, civic centers and at parks around the Birmingham metro area?

Below is a slideshow of pictures we took this week of Christmas trees in Birmingham, Trussville, Gardendale, Homewood, Vestavia, Fultondale and Hoover.

We know there are many more places.  Please feel free to email us this week, pictures of Christmas trees and lights around city hall. civic centers and parks in your community at hello@bhamnow.com . We’ll do a “City Hall” Christmas Trees and Lights II slideshow later this week if we get additional photos from you.

Meanwhile, sit back and enjoy the slideshow:
