DESCRIPTION:I’m Tori Chanco\, Health and Wellness Coordinator at SWTHZ – Cahaba Heights\, set to open this July. I’m excited to share a new initiative launching in Birmingham—a monthly Community Wellness Happy Hour at TrimTab Brewing. Our first event kicks off on July 31st and will continue on the last Thursday of each month. \nEach event spotlights a local fitness studio leading a 45-minute pop-up workout\, followed by a cold plunge recovery session and exclusive drink specials. It’s a unique way to bring wellness\, movement\, and social connection into a laid-back atmosphere. \nConfirmed studios include Ignite Cycle\, True40\, and Gauntlet Fitness\, with more to come.
