DESCRIPTION:Twilight Supper is a culinary experience like none other. Hosted under the stars and throughout the fields of Jones Valley Teaching Farm’s downtown farm\, the event presents award-winning culinary talent that works together to bring guests an inspiring and magical experience. \nThis year\, we’re honored to feature nonprofit food business incubator La Cocina as our Twilight Supper culinary partner. Based in San Francisco\, its mission is to cultivate working-class food entrepreneurs by providing affordable commercial kitchen space\, industry-specific technical assistance\, and access to market opportunities. Today\, 80+ Bay Area businesses make up La Cocina’s community\, and the organization supports 500+ entrepreneurs annually through its local programs and worldwide consulting services. We will welcome seven chefs – Mariko Grady of Aedan Fermented Foods\, Jennifer Huang of Nusa\, Victoria Lozano of Andina\, Reyna Maldonado of La Guerreras\, Fernay McPerson of Minnie Bell’s Soul Movement\, Luz Dayana Perez Salazar of El Huarache Loco\, and Alicia Villanueva of Alicia’s Tamales Los Mayas. \nTickets include access to cocktail hour and passed appetizers\, dinner\, and the after-party. \nSponsorships are available – please contact Wil Cushman at wilc@jvtf.org for more information.
