Raised in Oakland\, California\, by parents who emigrated from Hong Kong\, Lau’s Chinese- American cuisine is shaped by her Bay Area upbringing and her years working in New York City. For this special event\, she brings a Creole-inspired twist to traditional dim sum. Guests can enjoy Lau’s imaginative menu featuring a hot and sour gumbo with yee foo wonton\, crab rangoon hot pockets with étouffée\, turnip grit fries with XO\, garlic coconut crawfish noodles and\, for dessert\, a coconut cream king cake bun. Adiõs will also offer drink specials curated by co-founder and beverage director José Medina Camacho\, alongside Alabama Beer Co.’s Alabama Light Beer. This menu will be available exclusively for the event beginning at 6 p.m. until midnight or until sold out.
