Southside real estate continues to pique the interest of brokers, developers, and business owners looking to settle in Vulcan’s view of Birmingham.

Thanks to the 20 Midtown Publix more “game changing” development on the way

Ward Neely, with SRS Real Estate Partners, has proclaimed Southside to be “arguably the hottest area of town,” and he is backing that statement up with a new development.

Neely, along with Dick Schmalz and Scott Bryant, plan to tear down the old High Point Lounge and renovate The Merienda Lounge next door.

The move coincides with their recent work involving 20 Midtown.
