Samford’s School of the Arts is adding two new programs this fall to meet the needs of growing industries in the arts. The new Commercial Music, and Game Design and 3D Animation programs were developed by industry professionals who joined Samford last summer. Join ‘parade of the arts’ at Celebrate Christmas with Samford Arts on Friday, November 30 at the Wright Center

This week and next, many of our friends and neighbors will be attending Christmas parades throughout our community. Occasionally, since parades are held outdoors on city streets in November and December, you may have to bundled up or stand under an umbrella.

A November to remember. Samford Arts debuts its own new American Opera and invites Birmingham to join a Christmas tradition

This November, Samford University’s School of the Arts will be holding two unforgettable events. On November 15-18, Samford Arts will be premiering a new American opera called The Ghosts of Gatsby. At the end of the month, on November 30, the university will be kicking off the holiday season with the Celebrate Christmas with Samford Arts.
