Birmingham City Schools enter leasing agreements with two popular churches

Earlier this year Church of the Highlands announced its expansion to west Birmingham.

Since the announcement, the Church of the Highlands West Birmingham Campus has been having community meetings to help start the process of building the new location. But before their new location is complete, they want to start building a community and begin regular Sunday services.

C-SPAN honors Ramsay High School documentary contest winners

C-SPAN is in Birmingham today, Tuesday, April 24, to celebrate two 12th graders from Ramsay High School. Ashleigh Richardson and Ta’Kaiya Cooper won a second-place prize for their entry, entitled “You Matter,” in the news outlet’s 2018 StudentCam documentary contest.
