Parking—it’s a headache sometimes. Now that downtown Birmingham is bustling with new business, restaurants, apartments and hotels, where are we going to park? Well, we’re just in luck. The city’s Design Review Committee just gave the thumbs up for a new parking deck downtown and we’ve got the scoop.

Birmingham, meet ParkMobile–an app that could make parking a breeze

Who carries quarters anymore? Certainly not me. And yet, parking in downtown Birmingham is nearly impossible if you don’t. However, the Birmingham City Council Transportation Committee just voted to approve a partnership with ParkMobile. In the near future, public parking could be one click away.
