Due to the closure and construction of Interstate 59/20 in downtown Birmingham, the new long awaited Mercedes-Benz Marathon Course Map has been finalized and approved by the city of Birmingham and is now available.
Today marked the final day of the Mercedes-Benz marathon. Runners warmed up and got on the line to complete the half marathon and full marathon event. It took off at around 7:00 A.M. and participants of all causes went out with a bang. Friends and family cheered on their loved ones at different landmarks as they ran through downtown Birmingham.
