Good nutrition is essential for well-being. But during the global pandemic, and the accompanying restrictions, we may often find ourselves struggling with keeping good eating habits. We might struggle with having a routine because we are home all day, cooking the dishes we like because we don’t have access to all the ingredients, or simply just knowing what to buy. At wellyou we stand behind practicing healthy habits to obtain happiness and well-being. While staying at home can induce a lot of snacking and lack of motivation to eat well, we believe that with proper guidance and structure everyone can reap the benefits of a life well-lived. Therefore, we have prepared a series of events, where we will go through the main meals of the day, exploring the options of how to make a balanced and nutritious meal. Additional focus would be budget-friendliness, as we aware that in these difficult times many might be struggling with managing their budget. Join us on the February 20th at 10am for the first of our “Budget-friendly meals”, where we will explore healthy and delicious breakfast options. Sign up if you want to learn more about it, invite your friends and family, and get inspired to build good breakfast habits. We are excited to share our ideas with you!
