Shelby Humane’s Wolfenoot

What is “Wolfenoot”? Wolfenoot is when the Spirit of the Wolf brings and hides small gifts around the house for everyone. People who have, have had, or are kind to dogs get better gifts than anyone else. Wolfenoot is a night of Good People, Good Beer and Good Pups! A celebration of canines, kindness & humans who embrace both. No hate, only #snootboops. Bring your pup out for chance to win amazing prizes in our pet costume contest. (This event was rescheduled from Halloween due to weather). Or get ready for the holidays by dressing your pup in Christmas sweaters! Find your new family member from the adoptable pets from Shelby Humane that will be onsite. Free to attend! Donations accepted to Shelby Humane. Costume contest entry is $10 per pet. Register onsite by 6:30 pm, contest starts at 7:00 and awards at 7:30. Other fun games and activities for you & your pets! Plus, a portion of beer sales will be donated to Shelby Humane from Good People. Food available for purchase. Shelby Humane is Shelby County’s open open-admission animal shelter that cares for over 5,000 pets each year.
