Job Summary         

Coordinates and manages monthly invoicing and reporting for Nutrition, AL Cares and Homemaker/Personal Care programs.

Responsibilities     

  • Maintain a basic understanding of all AAA programs
  • Assist with data entry, generating reports, and invoicing
  • Ensure data entry and reporting is accurate and timely
  • Manage Nutrition (C1) reporting by contractors and ensures nutrition reports are submitted and reviewed for accuracy monthly and provide follow up as needed
  • Assist with AL Cares and Homemaker and Personal Care client inquiries and document as appropriate
  • Ensure AL cares and Homemaker/Personal Care contractor invoicing reports are submitted and accurate
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Excellent computer experience with Microsoft operations and ability to learn computer
  • applications quickly;
  • Proven ability to work in a team-based environment;
  • Strong organizational skills

 

Education/Experience

  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum two years relevant professional work experience preferred

 

Requirements:

  • Valid Alabama driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proof of automobile insurance commensurate with State law
