Digital Marketing Manager

United Way of Central Alabama, Inc. is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing and Communications team. The ideal candidate is responsible for developing innovative digital marketing and communications strategies to create awareness, engage prospective audiences and drive response based on defined objectives.

Responsibilities      

• Research and plan marketing strategies/tactics for defined objectives
• Manage the Digital Content Coordinator – assign duties according to defined objectives
• Manage execute all digital marketing plans for various campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Plan, execute and measure experimental campaigns
• Manage and create email journeys for various audience segments
• Collaborate with internal teams to create ads, web pages, emails, etc. to optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end experience across multiple channels and touch points
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for plan buy-in/adoption
• Recommend and manage budgets based on objectives

Qualifications

Knowledge & Skills

• Previous management experience preferred
• Minimum of 3-years experience in marketing, fundraising or communications
• Bachelor’s degree with focus on Communications or Marketing preferred
• Experience in identifying target audiences and campaign management
• Demonstrable experience in marketing database management and reports
• Experience with content management and analytics tools
• Strong research, analytical and organizational skills
• Strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
