Iron City Delivery is a local delivery service in Birmingham. George and Holley Sides, began their service here in August 2014.
Since opening they have partnered with 100 different restaurants and have delivered over 40,000 meals. Check out a couple of the many tasty choices Iron City will bring right to your doorstep
- Jim & Nicks Bar-B-Q. We all know Jim and Nick is the go-to restaurant when you’re craving comfort food like loaded baked potatoes, ribs or a classic BBQ plate.

- Chris Z’s. Craving an old fashion burger and fries? Chris Z’s is a Birmingham classic with tasty nosh options and great prices.
 Grub Hub
Grub Hub is also a national company with an effective app and website. They can track your past orders, and make recommendations based on what you ordered and liked before.
 Grub Hub has a reliable reputation and a long list of restaurants they partner with. They also have a feature that suggests the fastest Bham meals and the most ordered. A Grub Hub gift certificate might be the prefect holiday gift!
Shipt
 Then for those times you want to get out the pots and pans and cook, but dread the grocery shopping part of that adventure, you can log onto the Shipt ap.
Someone from Shipt will shop for and deliver your groceries to you, usually in the same day, and sometimes within the hour!
Shipt is a Birmingham based company that partners with Publix, Costco, Piggly Wiggly, Western Market, Whole Foods, soon Target, and there’s a rumor they are adding Aldi!
You can also give the meal delivery companies Blue Apron and Hello Fresh a try. Both of them have a variety of meal plans and deliver all the ingredients, neatly packed and labeled, plus super easy-to-follow directions.
