Major renovations underway for Vestavia and Homewood apartments

V Apartments in Vestavia have major renovations underway.  And they’re not the only ones in the area getting a facelift.

V Apartment Renovations

These one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments across from Vestavia’s Chick-fil-a are being given a fresh, modern look.

Each unit in V Apartments is getting more than $34,000 in upgrades. On the exterior, a fresh coat of white paint and new landscaping has spruced up the curb appeal.

Inside V Apartments, walls are coming down in the two and three-bedroom units to give a more open floor plan in the kitchen and living room.

Plus all 50 units will be getting new countertops, hardwood floors, and cabinets.

Treetop Apartment Upgrades

Located by the Vestavia City Center, Treetop offers 163 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units to Vestavia’s residents.

These apartments, also undergoing major renovations, were built in the 1970s. Lots of work is being done on the inside of the units and the exterior will also be getting a facelift.

Residents can now soak up the sun at their newly added pool and clubhouse.

Homewood Renovations

Other apartment complexes along 31 are also getting improvements though less extensive. The old Mayfair apartments, now called Brookwood, on 31 have had big cosmetic upgrades recently.

Wildforest Apartments right across from Brookwood hospital also have interior upgrades underway.  From personal experience, I can tell you the renovated apartments v nice.

All new appliances, countertops, fixtures, cabinets and flooring have been installed in many of Wildforest’s one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
