City Bowls – Birmingham’s newest food truck

One of the many staples that make up our growing city are the variety of food trucks available.

If you thought we didn’t have enough already, well you’re in luck. The newest food truck, City Bowls, is coming to town!

Speaking with the owner of City Bowls, Cory Dill, Bham Now is excited to fill you in on the details!

The inspiration behind City Bowls is quite simple actually. Cory and his wife Erin Dill are the owners of CrossFit McCalla, but they also have always wanted to be food truck owners.

Although food trucks are typically associated with unhealthy eats, these two wanted to go another route.

“Birmingham doesn’t really have any healthy options when it comes to food trucks.

So after lots of research we ran across ACAI bowls and no one offers this service so we jumped at the opportunity.”

As a result of the growing food scene, the Dill’s have found it quite practical to go in this direction. Not to mention, many people in Birmingham love healthy eating options.
