Have you played soccer? Do you love the game? Want to make some extra income and literally get paid to exercise? Are you looking to do something meaningful that makes a difference?

Become a Soccer Referee.

The Alabama Soccer Association is holding 2 referee classes for NEW soccer referees in Birmingham for the next two Saturdays, January 28th and February 4th.

Refereeing soccer games pay approximately $20 to $35 an hour depending on the level of the game. Referees can be assigned to 2 – 6 games a day, primarily on weekends. Some refs are part-timers and only occasionally do games. There are refs that actually make officiating games their career.

The beginning age to become a soccer ref in Alabama is 14 years old. There is no age cut-off.
