This workshop will equip you with the knowledge and skills to inoculate and care for your logs\, harvest your mushrooms\, learn cullinary uses\, medicinal benefits and more! \nThis is a hands on workshop\, with all materials provided. Each participant will drill\, inoculate and wax their own log to take home. \nAdditional Shiitake and Oyster logs may be purchased for a discounted cost of $15 per log at the workshop. With proper care\, mushroom logs should give you multiple flushes for a few years. \nWe may also have some plants and tree cuttings available for purchase the day of the event.
