DESCRIPTION:Enjoy a unique Valentines experience with your Sweetheart or friend group!\nDepart the Heart of Dixie Railroad Museum Depot on an historic train for a short rail excursion to Ozan Winery & Distillery. Arrive at the vineyard for a trackside taste of Yella Hound Spirits. Continue your short walk under the stars up the gentle hill to the rustic winery tasting rooms. \nAt the winery\, guests will receive a souvenir wine glass and a pre-selected sampling of wines paired with sweet & savory selections! Taste favorites like Chardonnay\, Peach and Pinot Noir\, among others. All wines and spirits will be available for purchase by the bottle for you to take home.\nTickets are sold in sets of two or four. Single tickets are not available at this time. There will be a maximum of four (4) people seated per table. Tables will not be moved to accommodate for larger parties\, however\, groups larger than four (4) individuals reserved on the same order may be seated near each other\, if requested. \nThe evening’s experience lasts approximately 1½ hours including the roundtrip train ride through the woods and time spent at Ozan Winery. Please wear appropriate shoes for an outdoor terrain walk up a gentle hill to the tasting rooms. \n*Ages 21 and up only – Photo ID Required

DESCRIPTION:The Guild of the Birmingham Music Club proudly presents theirAnnual Tablescapes Luncheon on November 5th “Where Art Meets Music”. \nThe Guild’s 5th Annual Tablescapes Luncheon is a showcase of artistry where elegant table settings become works of art\, music fills the room and generosity helps shape the future of young musicians from across the great state of Alabama. \nEach table tells its own unique story through china\, crystal\, linens\, and florals\, offering guests endless inspiration and ideas for entertaining. \nGuests stroll through beautifully decorated tables while enjoying music by pianist Eyleen Widjanarko. Guests also have the opportunity to vote for the coveted People’s Choice Award\, selecting their favorite tablescape before lunch is served. \nEntertainment includes exceptional musical performances featuring acclaimed Birmingham violinist Haleigh Black who will be joined by the Geni Skendo Quartet. Their program\, Jazz from Around the Globe\, blends the expressive beauty of the violin with the rhythms and improvisation of jazz.  Their performance will explore musical traditions inspired by cultures from around the world. Together\, this ensemble will provide a vibrant musical finale to an afternoon devoted to creativity and inspiration. \nWhile Tablescapes delights guests with beautiful decor and outstanding entertainment\, the events true purpose is its’ commitment to supporting young musicians. \nThe Guild is a 501(c)3 organization.  Proceeds from the luncheon benefit The Guild’s scholarship program\, which provides financial assistance to gifted Alabama students pursuing collegiate musical studies.  Through these scholarships The Guild continues its’ long standing mission of encouraging musical excellence and ensuring that talented young artists have opportunities to pursue their dreams.  Every designer\, musician\, volunteer\, sponsor and guest make it possible for deserving students to continue their musical education.  Tablescapes reminds us that when a community comes together through the arts everyone benefits. \nWhether you attend for the decorating inspiration\, the exceptional music\, the delicious luncheon\, or simply an afternoon with friends\, Tablescapes offers a joyful and memorable experience this fall. \nTablescapes ticket information available starting in September.  Membership opportunities for The Guild of The Birmingham Music Club maybe found at:  www.BirminghamMusicClubGuild.org
