Wade of You Matter Massage & Wellness\, this session will introduce participants to the rhythmic and expressive practice of stepping\, creating rhythms and visual patterns through the body. Blending guided movement with meditative messaging\, this experience draws on South African Gumboot stepping’s roots in communication\, confidence\, and connection.
