There will be opportunity to pick up litter and to remove invasive species (wild taro). We will tentatively schedule for Grants Mill Rd in Irondale to Old Overton Rd in Liberty Park. For more information on the stretches of the Cahaba check out the Cahaba Blueway. River segment is dependent on weather and water level. \nWe’ll plan to meet at the Grants Mill access where we’ll pass out gear and select paddling partners. We’ll set the shuttle before the trip so that your car is at the Old Overton Rd access when we finish. More details of this process will be shared at the meeting location. \nCRS will provide canoes\, paddles\, life jackets\, grabbers\, bags\, and gloves. There is no charge for this trip. Folks are absolutely welcome and encouraged to head to the CRS website for donations to offset program costs to CRS. \n  \n\nAfter every Mom’s Basement Cleanup there will be an afterparty at Mom’s Basement with drink specials and prize giveaways for each participant!
