They grow for designers\, special events\, weekly subscriptions and seasonal U-Pick workshops and experiences. There are 30 to 40 different varieties of flowers cultivated each year which means at any given time they have over 10\,000 plants in the ground. What is grown is planned at least a year in advance so there is enough time to order the seeds and prep the soil properly. All their flowers are nurtured with sustainable practices\, without the use of synthetic chemicals and always with their customers in mind.
