Overview:
Real estate syndication is an effective way for active project leads to work with purely passive investors who allocate a portion of their investment portfolio into real estate, and benefit from the lead’s expertise, while allowing the lead to tackle projects much bigger than they can or want to tackle on their own. It’s also a common method for groups of active investors to pool their financial and other resources to invest in properties together.
Real estate syndication has existed for a long time, but rising interest rates, a slowing economy, and changing commercial and residential real estate markets make it a tool that shouldn’t be ignored.
This seminar provides a look at the fundamentals of real estate syndication, and some other financing techniques, from both the developer’s and the investor’s perspectives.
