Self-Care Super Pack Kick-Off!

This event, at POLARIS Birmingham is an immersive experience that will allow participants to get a taste of Radical Self-Care through the Self-Care Super Pack!
With the purchase of a ticket starting at $20.00, patrons can enjoy several interactive activities that cover topics like Cognitive Distortions, Imposter Syndrome, Conflict Resolution, Self-Care, and more.
There will also be a panel discussion from other Mental Health advocates about how self-care RADICALLY changed their lives!
Each attendee will leave with, an Affirmation Card, Self-Care Check-List, 7-Day Self-Care Interactive Journal, and a 15% off discount on any Self-Care Super Pack Service or Merchandise!
