In 2021 the Rumpshaker 5K will have a different look with reduced crowds and social distancing but we are so happy to bring you a live race. Click each category below for full details.

2021 Rumpshaker 5K Events

For this reason we will follow all COVID-19 protocols in place at the time of the In-Person Rumpshaker 5K. This includes, but may not be limited to, social distancing and masks requirements.

At registration you will receive a referral link to share with family and friends. Once 5 people register using your link you will automatically get a $10 rebate on your Rumpshaker registration. Rebate applied to card used at checkout. The 5 for $10 referral is available for all 5 race options, including the in person 5K.
One $10 referral rebate per participant. Offer available for each participant who refers 5 friends whether that person is an individual or on a team. Referral link must be used for the rebate to apply.
